TS ECET-2022, which was scheduled to conduct on Wednesday (July 13), was postponed. Due to heavy rains across the State for the past few days, the State Council of Higher Education took the decision.
Through TS ECET exam, polytechnic diploma and BSc Maths students can get admission in second year of BE/B Tech.
The State government had already declared holidays for all schools across the State till July 13.
In view of continuous heavy rains, State Council of Higher Education chairman Prof R Limbadri reviewed the conducting of TS ECET and EAMCET, which should commence from July 14, with the officials in Hyderabad on Monday. They took the decision to postpone ECET since several districts are suffering with heavy rains. But, Limbadri said that there is no change in EAMCET and it will conducted from July 14.
It should be noted here that agriculture exams will be conducted on July 14 and 15 while engineering exams will be held on July 18, 19 and 20.
